Dear Hannah,
This sounds like a homework assignment, so I am not bothered that it has been ten days since you originally asked this question. Hopefully, you have already handed in your homework.
As a Catholic Christian, it concerns me that you insist on Biblical evidence when the Word of God is far more than the Written Word. As St. John implies, there is the Oral Word (John 21:24-25) which the Church has passed down from generation to generation.
Our Oral Tradition, which no other Protestant congregation has, is just as much part of the Word as the Bible. Check out this portion of my Scripture Passages web page for more:
That said, let me share what the Scriptures do say on:
- The institution of priests
Luke 22:14-20
- Institution of priests at the Lord's Supper - in verse 19 Jesus says,
Do this in remembrance of me.
- 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
- St. Paul carrying on Jesus' words and in verse 25 says,
Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.
-
- Some of the qualities of priests
Hebrews 5:1-4
- 2 He is able to deal gently with the ignorant and wayward, since he himself is subject to weakness; 3 and because of this he must offer sacrifice for his own sins as well as for those of the people. 4 And one does not presume to take this honor, but takes it only when called by God.

My Scripture Passages web page will have additional verses as well.
This link will go to the relevant section referred to in your question.
In 1 Timothy 3:1-7, overseers are Bishops.
I hope this helps,
Mike
